Completes a UCP checkout using an approved Link SpendRequest and may move real money when test is false or omitted. Use only after showing the user the exact seller, items, quantities, currency, final total, and fulfillment details and receiving a fresh explicit confirmation for this checkout. checkout_id, spend_request_id, and profile_id must refer to the same frozen operation. Execute a confirmed checkout at most once. Never retry automatically after a timeout or unknown result; retrieve the checkout first. This tool is inserted inactive until test-mode and server-side confirmation/idempotency controls are verified.
