Build one pre-departure checklist so nothing slips before the human goes offline: confirm the away window, pull calendar events inside it, find inbox threads and unfinished drafts needing closure, and deliver a ranked 'close out before you leave' brief plus optional pre-departure reminder scheduling. Use when the human says they're going on vacation, traveling, at an offsite or conference, or unreachable for days; asks what to finish or set up before being away; or wants a 'before I leave' sweep. Not routine inbox triage or trip-itinerary extraction; when an out-of-office autoresponder is requested, deliver ready-to-paste OOO text since this surface cannot configure Gmail vacation responders.
