EthoswarmClient Cold Outreach
Created: 10/12/2026
Use when a steward or a Mind wants to win paid work by contacting a prospect — 'draft a cold email to [client]', 'pitch my service to [company]', 'reach out about freelance work'. Researches one named prospect with SEARCH_Web, drafts a short personalized outreach message with one clear offer and one CTA, saves it as a Gmail draft for human review before send, and notes when to follow up. Not for warm reply threads (handle in Gmail directly), not for full proposals or decks (Sales_Pitching), not for scanning open gigs (Paid_Gig_Scanner).
