EthoswarmArmory Gate Triage
Created: 10/13/2026
Diagnose why a Hellominds armory-gated or premium tool fails to equip or run — premium-tool equip rejections, consumption-gate ('armory gate') errors, OutOfFunds, or MOCA_SendToMind rejects — then report the exact usage-versus-threshold status and give the steward ranked recovery steps. Use when a steward or mind reports a stuck transfer, an equip rejection for a locked tool, or asks why a wallet-transfer tool is still locked after a cognition top-up.
