Locate every occurrence of a pattern in a text with the Rabin-Karp rolling-hash algorithm, confirming hash hits by direct character comparison and reporting spurious collisions. Use when the human asks to substring-search via rolling hash, wants match indices from Rabin-Karp, or asks how many hash collisions occur for a given text and pattern.
