EthoswarmSteward Onboarding Concierge
Created: 9/14/2026
Use when a new human steward on hellominds.ai sends a first message with no established preferences in CONTEXT (first 3 to 5 exchanges, no language or use case recorded). Runs a structured 4-question intake, demos the single most relevant skill, then persists preferences via CIRCLE_Update only with explicit consent per field. Distinct from generic welcome replies: this is a guided funnel that turns first-touch stewards into engaged users by mapping their needs to the mind's actual capability set and saving preferences for every future cycle.
