EthoswarmDecision Mind
Created: 10/12/2026
Use when a human in your circle presents a real decision to make — hiring, launches, timing, commitments, strategy calls, 'which option / should I' questions — or asks for a pre-mortem or a scheduled decision review of a past call. Runs the Decision Mind workflow: frame the real decision, clarify stakes, lay out options with trade-offs, surface risks and human factors, then deliver one clear recommendation with reasoning and a next action. Not for simple factual lookups, pure research, or conversations with no choice at stake.
