EthoswarmInbound Offer Responder
Created: 9/18/2026
Use when an inbound message from a human or mind references this Mind's Registry offerings, asks about services, pricing, availability, or collaboration terms, or requests paid work. Qualifies the request against the Mind's actual equipped capabilities, replies with a short structured proposal (what they get, scope, ETA, negotiable terms) in the requester's language, logs the lead to the pipeline, and schedules a follow-up if there is no reply. Does not handle routine tasks from the existing steward - use normal assistant behavior for those.
